Promoting a people-first approach to new technologies, Chelsea is always investigating new ways to unlock consumer insights that power business opportunities. Over the past five years, she has been leading OMD’s proprietary research initiative that enhances our understanding of consumers’ AI perceptions, attitudes and behaviours, as well as other pressing technology related themes. With a background in insights and business development, she currently works across teams and clients to drive and scale new technology knowledge and capabilities that are consumer-led. She is a contributor to the industry’s press and speaks at events across EMEA.
